Francis Simmonds

Program Officer

Francis Matthew Simmonds is a public health professional with experience in HIV prevention programming, particularly focusing on research, monitoring, evaluation, capacity strengthening and costing. Currently, Francis is a Program Officer with the Pangaea Zimbabwe AIDS Trust (PZAT). He is working under the Maximizing Options to Advance Informed Choice for HIV Prevention (MOSAIC) project, a global project with the goal of helping women prevent HIV by accelerating introduction and scale-up of new and emerging biomedical prevention products. Francis has a passion for data utilization for program improvement and to influence policy. He holds a Masters in Public Health, an MSc in Health Economics and a BSc (Hons) in Operations Research and Statistics.
