Tanya Nielson

Tanya has 16 years of clinical trial experience and has been in a management role for more than 13 years. She has been involved in HIV prevention vaccine trials, HIV therapeutic vaccine trials, TB vaccine trials, TB drug trials, HIV prevention PrEP/Microbicide trials, contraception trials and a number of observational studies. More recently she has been involved in COVID-19 natural history, treatment, prevention and vaccine trials. She heads up the Clinical Research Division which include oversight and guidance on the Clinical and Operational side. She currently oversees the preparation and implementation of roughly 70 clinical trials within the clinical research division.
