Walter Nyagah

Walter Nyagah is a pharmacist from Nairobi, Kenya with a deep passion for research and a strong interest in addressing the healthcare needs of women and sexual and gender minorities (SGMs), especially in the context of HIV and STI prevention. He holds a degree in Pharmacy from the University of Nairobi in Nairobi, Kenya. Walter is passionate about extracting value from data, utilizing it to make informed decisions, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the field. He is currently working as a research fellow at Equitech Futures in the Health Tech Lab. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, they focus on developing data-driven solutions to address pressing healthcare issues. He is also an executive member of Generous Palms, a youth-led charity group in Nairobi, Kenya. Walter is also a lover of travel, film, theatre, and art.
