Over fifteen years of extensive clinical trial experience with pivotal research in evaluating HIV prevention biotechnologies for young women including development and implementation of novel approaches to adherence support particularly for low literacy level and research naïve populations. Research focus includes HIV prevention clinical research, adherence support and measures in clinical trials, as well as social science research focusing on patient’s knowledge about, attitude to and perceptions of their medicine and disease state.
