Nicholas B. Thuo, MPH

Nicholas is a Social Scientist working with the Kenya Medical Research Institute, Center for Clinical Research (KEMRI-CCR) Thika Project. He has over 13 years of experience working in clinical trials for HIV prevention, HSV-2, cervical cancer prevention, and COVID-19, mainly in behavioral research and community engagement. He has worked with diverse populations including AGYW, couples in HIV sero-different relationships, people experiencing homelessness, and health sector and community members. He is also a graduate of the UW-MPH program in global health and enjoys networking and knowledge sharing with other global health practitioners and local communities.
