Alex Mwangi, MPharm

Alex is a passionate and experienced pharmacist with over a decade of expertise spanning community, hospital, and industrial pharmacy practice. He holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy and a Master of Pharmacy in Industrial Pharmacy from the University of Nairobi. Currently working as a Sub-county Pharmacist for the County Government of Laikipia (Kenya), Alex plays a pivotal role in coordinating pharmaceutical services across 35 health facilities in Laikipia West Sub-county. Through this role, he has developed a deep understanding of the importance of data analysis in optimizing drug development and ensuring proper commodity management for effective healthcare delivery. Alex's ultimate goal is to utilize his expertise in data analysis to contribute to evidence-based decision-making, enhance pharmaceutical services, and make meaningful advancements in drug research and formulation.
