Rosemary Chigwanda

Dr. Rosemary TJ Chigwanda graduated with a Bachelor of Pharmacy Honours degree from the University of Zimbabwe, in 1989. She subsequently graduated with a PhD from the University of Bath, England, in 1996. Dr. Chigwanda then joined the University of Zimbabwe in 1996 as a lecturer in the Department of Pharmacy where she taught Pharmacy students in the discipline of Pharmaceutics. Her interest is in drug formulation especially rate-controlled drug delivery. She has published several papers in that field. She has supervised more than 25 final year student research projects in the field of rate-controlled drug delivery. Presently, Dr Chigwanda works for the University of Zimbabwe, Department of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences.
